Privacy Policy
AQUARIUS GROUP AG, Baarerstrasse 75, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, and its subsidiaries (“Aquarius”) respect and protect the privacy of the visitors to our website. By accessing and using our website, you acknowledge and confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the terms of this Privacy Policy, and, to the extent your consent is necessary under applicable law, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described below by Aquarius or any third-party recipient in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you are not able to read and or understand this Privacy Policy, or if you do not agree to be bound by it, do not access or use the website.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) has been compiled to serve those who are concerned with how their Personally Identified Information (PII) is being used online. It describes how we collect and use personal data. This Policy applies to use of our website, content and services (collectively “Services”). Aquarius may amend the Privacy Statement unilaterally at any time. This Privacy Policy is to be read as if specifically incorporated into the Terms of Service, available via www.aqex.io. If there is a conflict between such notices and this Policy, the notices shall apply first.

Collection of Information
When you use our services we may ask for information relating to you. We may also maintain records of your consents, preferences and settings related to permissions for marketing and sharing of personal information. The amount and type of information, that Aquarius gathers, depends on the nature of the interaction with us.

Browsing
In the case of a merely informative use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide Aquarius with information, Aquarius may only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our Web server, for instance IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, location based information, content viewed, date, length of visit. Newsletter sign up
If you sign up to engage with Aquarius via our newsletter we may collect the following information from you during the registration process: your name, country of residence, address, phone number, job title, company, investor type, email address and your marketing and communications preferences. We will delete this data as soon as storage is no longer required or restrict processing if legal retention requirements exist.

Third party sources
We may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources (as permitted by law). We also may receive information about you from third-party social networking services when you choose to connect with those services.

You can “opt out” and choose not to provide us with certain types of information. We do not use this information to identify you personally without your consent. Where your consent is required, we will ask for you to “opt in” to the data send.

Even if you are not logged in to your social network account, it may be possible that the plugin transmits your IP address to social network operators. The Aquarius website may contain hyperlinks to other websites (media, third party service providers, business partners) which are not operated or monitored by Aquarius.
