Collection of Information
When you use our services we may ask for information relating to you. The amount and type of information, that Aquarius gathers, depends on the nature of the interaction with us.
Newsletter sign up
If you sign up to engage with Aquarius via our newsletter we may collect the following information from you during the registration process: your name, country of residence, address, phone number, job title, company, investor type, email address and your marketing and communications preferences. We will delete this data as soon as storage is no longer required or restrict processing if legal retention requirements exist.
Third party sources
We may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources (as permitted by law). We also may receive information about you from third-party social networking services when you choose to connect with those services.
You can “opt out” and choose not to provide us with certain types of information. We do not use this information to identify you personally without your consent. Where your consent is required, we will ask for you to “opt in” to the data send.
